We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will interact with potential clients, maintain a database of leads, and provide customer support. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking all calls made and preparing detailed reports for management.Key Responsibilities:* Achieving monthly targets of calls, follow-ups, site visits and deals assigned to them.* Make outbound calls to potential clients and share valuable insights into our company services. * Maintain a database of company leads, including contact information, call history, and potential interest level etc.* Follow up on leads regularly to grab their interest in the company's services and schedule appointments for the sales team.* Provide customer support and solve the queries of potential clients about the company's services.* Keep track of all calls made and ensure that all information is accurate and up to mark.* Generate reports of productive leads, the success rate of calls, and other relevant metrics for the management.* Conducting site visits, attending field activities and training whenever required.* Ensure to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with potential clients.Key Requirements:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.* Basic knowledge of real estate industry and sales processes.
