Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and communication-driven graduates to join our Presales Team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and booking high-quality site visits for the sales team. This is a high-growth role for candidates who want to build a strong career in real estate advisory, business development, or sales operations. Key Responsibilities ? Responsible for doing aggressive calling to create a prospect customer pipeline ? Understand customer requirements and explain available property options. ? Generate interest and schedule site visits for the sales team. ? Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems. ? Follow up with leads to ensure conversion of inquiries to visits. ? Coordinate with sales managers for smooth client handling. ? Ensure weekly/monthly targets are met. Required Skills ? Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English). ? Strong persuasion and interpersonal abilities. ? Basic understanding of sales and customer handling. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ? Positive attitude and willingness to learn. ? Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred). Eligibility ? Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, B.Tech — all streams allowed). ? Batch: 2025, 2024, or recent graduates. ? Fresher-friendly role. Compensation & Growth ? Probation: ?12,000 – ?15,000 per month (performance-based). ? Post Confirmation: ?4 – 5 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives). ? Attractive monthly & quarterly incentives. ? Fast-track growth for high performers (Team Lead within 12–18 months).
