The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, creativity, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging videos that align with our brand identity.This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent storytelling ability, technical editing knowledge, and a passion for delivering visually compelling content.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and internal projects.Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project requirements.Add music, dialogues, graphics, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.Trim, cut, and organize raw footage into polished final output.Color-correct, retouch, and enhance visual elements as required.Maintain consistency of brand style across all video content.Suggest creative ideas for video concepts and content improvement.Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications and quality standards.Job RequirementsBachelor’s or Diploma in Video Editing, Film Studies, Media, or related field.1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor (real estate or media industry preferred).Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions.Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is an advantage.Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a positive working attitude.
